67 ranger , 7400 HP, 1450 AC and 1750 ATK ... only took about 60 secs. to get him and both friends. Highest single hit from him was barely over 300. Tried to root and shoot but immune to run speed changes. He had a possee of 2 regular Kyv archers. Hit the pot one time and healed twice for all three mobs. He decided to get in melee range. Pretty straightforward fight except for possee. I left the scene after killing all three with 45% health. I'll prolly do him and the Darkscout (got him tonight on first try also) again tomorrow, this time so my wife can loot. He dropped the Fist of Shining Faith tonight.

Do you think a 58 cleric could solo this guy? i have been soloing in Draniks Scar for quite some time now and havent seen him up....anyone kno the spawn time and or the location? and if possible how hard he hits someone with around 1k ac? really need to get me that mana pres augment....:/

I ran into this mob today, my first time in an Omens zone. He was dark blue to my 59 ranger. I was damaging him pretty good with melee but he was damaging me faster. I rooted him, backed off, and started sniping. My ornate clicky root stuck to him every time, and he did not summon. Had him down to about 50% when I had to zone before finishing the fight because of too many adds.

Kyv Bowmaster summons,is fully slowable,not sure how hard it hits melee wise but it does proc the 490dd like all the other kyv but didnt seem to melee very hard. Is unsnarable / unrootable so have a dd mem'd and hit him around 20% and save yourself from having to chase him thru potential adds.
Was green to a lvl 70 so I think he might be less than lvl 50.

Anyone got an idea of where this guy spawns? :-)
Was outside the entrance to bloodfields when I saw him. He was headed north but turned around once he got level with the cave to Bloodfields and he headed south again (in that little gully that runs North - South).

Agreed.... He tends to stay in or near gully south of outside arch leading to Bloodfields
