Confirmed that he is on the southern most island on the south side of the island. A tad bit harder in my opinion then Silithis Sisnta; successfully duoed as a 77 SK with a tier 2 healer merc no sweat and never dropped below 65% health.
Hits fast for the low 200-300's and hit for two times at 1036 on 2850 AC all defensive's maxed for level.

quad grouped this one. 2x 71sk, 66 ranger and 70 shaman. partly slowable. And id have to say a bit harder than the Iksar. Not too hard of a fight thought. suprising enough when hailed attacked the ranger right off the bat. Slowed, dps'd. he does enrage and hits for 1170. No real quads though
Bottom southern island for spawn area, paths around the island on the sand, took him and the other mobs down with 70sk, shammy, war, druid.
Our gear was PoR, elemental with the druid in anguish...had Ogre, Troll, Iksar, and of course Gnome for a snack. Gnome it's whats for breakfast

Lvl before hail was 60, after was 66. Max hit on our 70 time geared tank without disc was 1100. Took him with 2 groups mostly of 2 boxed toons.

I saw him spawn when Allizewsaur spawned. Spawned at the same spot too.

Easy mob, I belive the dot is also a slow, seemed that way to me. If you look at your map, you will see 3 islands on the northern border of the zone. He is on center of the 3.
