he is part of a west karan task for about level 12.....multi task ,,,,have to meet him as fianl step in small task from guard in WK..he is also part of task shown as Gurdian of the farm
Anyone figure out what he is for yet?
He's a task related NPC. Many, if not all tasks have at least one step where you either hail an NPC or give them some items. This guy is one of those NPCs.
