just solo'd em, easy mob, highest hit on me was 911, trio'd and quaded a lot. Easily slowable and runs. Dropped minor rune, ring, and an eye. 75 shaman, 11k hps and 9k mana, 2k ac at the time.
He also drops the regular Muramite Rune.

I'm guessing he summons (like all OoW named do), but how hard does he hit... perhaps (slowed??) a 70 necro 5.4khp/7.3k mana could tap tank him to death?

Killed with SHM/MAG/CLR.. Used the sham to tank and lots of hots. Dropped shimmering band, lesser rune and ring of the serpent's eye

I noticed you listed this as a drop for this mob, but i had it drop an elite ikaav odiumate (ie: trash).
Might be part of the itemized hot spot zone loot tables they added.

um except this is not a hot zone...but it sounded good otherwise ;)
BL + Druid duo last night for hours..easy stuff. stupid band and one 67 rune.
Camp for this mob is just south of "Lirah the Bridgekeeper" marked on my downloaded map. maybe on urs too.
Go to far west of zone, thru walkway with the Murk*******s and go to West wall.
Lots of Baleful Stone mobs etc and this mob OR his PH spawns every 20 minutes. HE sees invis so be careful. Oh btw another named spawns just north of this one in same camp spot A Dragorn Prodigy (drops the no drop signet for the 4 signet quest)

Well first this guy cons yellow every time to a 70... he is 71 or 72 (red to a 68 every time).
Secondly he may drop 69/70 spells but in about 10 kills I have seen nothing but Minor and Lesser. I believe those who states he drops greater / glowing... but they must be fairly rare. He does not drop a spell every time either. Only about 50% of the time.
