Post MessageJust duo'd him with 65sk and 75shm. A little tough because he aggroed while I was reading up on him so I had to recover. Tested my ability to land heals b/c sk has no AA's and isn't the best geared 8.8khp buffed, 1.7k ac. Dropped browband (

Killed with 70 rng / 55 clr two-boxing on one pc. Slowed with Earthcaller.

Just tanked this mob with a lvl 58 war. Dropped a greater, for which my wife was very happy, made her fist lvl 69 spell. Hit my war for 708 that I noticed.

647 max hit on a 70 war
Took this guy down 2 boxing with 70 Mnk 9k buffed and 65 cleric. Was a very close fight, CH barely landed a couple of times went down pretty quick thow. Dropped a Muramite Rune.
Okay look, the dude is EASY.
I was lvl 62 with a group of like a Shammy, Clr, Wiz, Necro, Pally, and me.
Okay so anyways, like 2-3 peeps were lvl 70, I think it was the Shammy, Clr, and Wizzy though.
Oh, no deaths, and then I just helped a friend kill this guy (He did 95% of the job hah) like an hour ago with a 70 Necro, 70 Clr, and 70 Chanter. I was the 67 Sk :P - His Chanter only slowed and Necro dotted a few and went FD. Easy fight, just time consuming, if you've got a Healer (with Tank and Healer with good gear) it's easy, I've seen a 70 Druid and Pally take this guy down. But they had like Anguish gear or somethin heh - Epic 2.0
Edit: Loot wise, his Soulpiercer is his rare loot, everything else is common/normal, seen all runes but Glowing, the Bowband is his most common with a Rune. The trash stuff you pray not not to get :)

Took this dude down tonight> we were sitting on the Southern wall need NC entrance. Dropped a Greater Muramite Rune and the Scarred Browband.
Pretty easy kill 66 Necro, 66 Chanty, 69 Druid, 69 Pally and a 66 Warrior...

Confirmed....this mob does drop The 69 lvl rune....Also I have seen 3 drop off other one-groupable mobs! maybe you are in the wrong groups Crankypk....hope this helps =)
Despite its level, very easy kill. 67 war, 66 ench, 68 clr, 66 pal, 65 mnk, 64 druid(all in pre-EP gear) - killed this mob twice the other day without breaking a sweat. Slowed easily, and I think max hit was like 800. First time dropped the piercer, second time the headpiece and a Chimera Hide.

Semi-tough mob, one groupable, killed him today.
He dropped the book wich I got, no idea what it
is for, and the no drop greater murimite rune
as well.

This mob also dropped a no-drop tome- or book ( no stats) called the "Duskfall Chronicles". Does anyone have any idea what it's for?
