No spawn in the 5 hours of killing any mob in the area where "possessed brute" is marked on the map (in the western V). Respawn time of these mobs is exactly 15 mins.
Well 2 place holders in 5 hours, so it would seem 2 hours is accurate. Too bad there is a lacking mob presence nearby, not enough exp while I wait.

the PH spawns as a Dragorn Senteneil and a Battlemaster. bout a 10 min timer on kill to repop. loc of spawn point -1800 x +760 just above where it is marked on the map.

Level 81 warrior and merc took him out np and wasted discs which i didnt need to use. On mapfiend he is at the V where it shows him (sorry I didnt get exact location) but if you follow that he will be in 1 of the 3 corridors. I killed Dragon Battlemaster and saw another figure behind him out of aggro range and it was him. Spawn time I'm not to sure but I was in zone 2 hrs looking for him. Good Luck to all!

Level 76 War 22K HP 3114AC 528 AA's Just gallantry and unity, plus champion's aura, T1 merc, and 2 damage discs (none for defense used) killed him first attempt. Found wandering at said V point using mapfiend maps at -1984.48, 666.31. It's the top left V up where it looks like a scorpion's tail. Hit me pretty hard, hardest a little over 2.2K. Watch out for ENRAGE at 10%. Turn off attacks and wait for ENRAGE to be over with. Easy kill if you are equipped decent. Was in zone less than 5 minutes and found him.

75 warrior, 17700 hp, 2800 ac, 440 aa. Took him out with just my merc, burned all discs, but hey. there is hope

bring an SK.. HT brings him down pretty quick. Used 82 SK solo... no merc
I was able to 2 box this guy last night. 80dru, 80war. about 600aa each. was kinda close, got down to 10 to 20 mana on my druid. Was a long fight because my war's dps is very low. My war was wielding shield and epic1.5, had 3300ac and around 18khp buffed.
The mob is unsnarable and unrootable, and It never summoned me. I fought him unslowed and not debuffed in any way. Karana's renewal was fine to keep the war healed; easy when defensive disc was up, or the draconic runes disc was up, harder when all defensive type discs were down. Mostly the mob was beating itself to death on my war's DS.

Just did this guy tonight with ease. Zoned into MPG with my wifes 70 ranger and noticed he was up. Called in the troops which consisted of a small raid of 8 peeps. Make up was a 72 cleric with approx 350 AAs and GM geared, 70 ranger with GM gear, 73 ranger, 75 monk with approx 450 AAs, 75 wizzy with 460 AAs, 69 chanter (gear and stats unknown), 75 Shaman (gear and stats unknown), and a 75 warrior (me) at 15.6khp and 2500 ac and 250 AAs. Thought we would be in for a rough fight, but as it turned out, lasted about 30 seconds. Monk pulled, i tagged with Scowl rk 2, and the fight was on. I popped Final Stand rk 2 from the get go not knowing what to expect, and a few seconds later, the mob was dead. I almost felt bad for dragging 8 peeps out for this, but better overkill than no kill. Im not sure what kind of discs of abilities were used other than monk popped a disc, wizzy landed a sick 15k+ nuke, rangers popped TS, and mob was slowed because fight didnt last long enough, lol. My opinion, spare a big to do on this guy and 1 group him next time you fighting near 6 way camp.
Unless this guy has a PH, which I highly doubt ... the spawn time so far is over 4 hours
I will update when/if I see him spawn

Now some people I talked to said 2 hours. But I am 97% certain that the mob did not spawn during those 10 hours. I had an eye on that camp for most of that time and another camper was watching for him the rest.

Just FYI for any one who is interested in killing this.
My group:
70 ranger (336AAs Equiv to EP geared)
70 berserker (dont know AAs, gears about teh same as rangers)
70 Cleric (Dont know AAs or Gear)
70 Shadowknight (dont know AAs, 13.8HP)
70 Enchanter (165AAs)
70 Monk (dont know AAs, is able to tank MPG)
Was able to get this guy to about 40% before we died. If the cleric had been ready for the pull (we didnt know what it was when the monk pulled) we could have killed it.
His max hit was 2550, on me (enchanter) about 2300 on SK. Can be slowed.

Anguish geared tank/bst/nec and a lvl65 twink cleric took this down without breaking a sweat. Started with furious, then stonewall. At 12k/2600 unbuffed I only had to be healed twice
Tested him this morn while groupin Odi/6-way.
Hit 447-1913 average with defensive on. Once defensive faded, he landed a max hit of 2550 on 70 pal with defensives thru PoP, + 2100 ac.
We got him to 59% in a few secs, with full group 68-70 (70pal, 70 clr, 70 mag, 68 bst, 70 rog, 70 mnk).If we had a second cleric, or druid for CH cycle he woulda been owned.
Definitely good idea to bring 2x Clerics or at least Clr/Dru for this guy if one-groupin him; prob wanna bring a war also, for better mitigation etc- esp. since this their epic mob heh :P

He can be taken down with 1 group - we did him with 2. Once slowed he is easy. He does hit hard but patch healers with cleric make quick work of him.

Drop is for the start of the 2.0 warrior epic where 1.5 leaves off. The mob was changed just a few days ago to assist/attack.
We were able to attack him. easy to kill with 1 grp, defensive warrior. Reported getting hit for 1400 max, 400 to 1k mainly.
Anyone have any idea what the drop is for? Assuming some quest of course :)

hits for 2550 max. Does not see invis. Has a fairly large path he wanders so it's not too hard to get past him. Note that there are see invis mobs along his path so you will need to wait until he is away from them, to clear them and then be able to invis past.

cannot be attacked, does not assist other mobs. most likely must be triggered for some event.
