If you're at Odi/6-way, you go out into the big open area, turn left, take the first hallway, turn left again at the end, go to the end of that hallway, turn right, and he spawns in the little cubby almost immedietly to your right. His ph is the Discordling in the center of the 3 mobs.
He's on the way towards the weaponry trial, just before you'd hit the possesed brute.

Also casts Discordling Ruin. Very very annoying stun/spin. Can sit to stop the spinning but you will still be stunned.
Saw him on the west side of the zone, in the V section north of projection of body and south of where possessed brute spawns. Nothing respawned there after he was killed, pathing/spawning is so messed up in this zone since DoN.

Found him in a new spot as well, it was one of the side paths on the way to projection of realms. Specifically it is the side passage that looks like it connects with the path to Projection of Power, but doesnt. GL
Saw this mob on track just south of the Girplan epic mob. Seems to have moved. None of the mobs were spawning in his room.
If thats his new place, he will be a nightmare to get to. Most mobs on the way see through invis.

Spent 3 hours after patch trying to get the pants for my cleric and none of the mobs in his room are spawning. Anyone else have this trouble?

Same thing on Bristlebane, hasn't been seen after DoN expansion, no PH's either.
Pathing in MPG is strange too, new see invis mobs & strange wanderers + pops from out of nowhere...

spawned him 8 times in a long grind, got 5x neck, 3x greaves, 1x glowing rune, 1x greater rune, 1x lesser rune, 1x minor rune
He has the same, irritating Chaotica AoE that most of the named Discordlings seem to have
Pops in a room with 2 other mobs next to loc -1949, 246.

On a side note, he does come single if you pull him right, don't be discouraged by the seemingly close mob spacing.

Posting from CAIn the north area of the map there is a area where many hallways intersect. If you take the southwest hallway and continue moving southwest, you will come to a end with a small hallway leading west. North off that hallway is a round room, he spawns in here. He seems to be pretty uncommon (like 1 in 6 spawn). Common drop is the necklace. The guards in his room are not on his faction so he can be pulled out alone.
Its Lv is not 70, red con from Lv70.

that is not from any UI you can get that target ring around him is from Leadership AA's
