Posting from LouisianaVirtually all Omens of War nameds summon, with the exception of one or two raid mobs (Lirah springs to mind).
Lower levels (i.e NC nameds around lvl 64) summon about every 8 secs. Most of the rest summon about every 4 secs.

Last night (2-17-05) we killed this guy three times and he dropped a Muramite Rune and a Lesser or Minor Rune can't remember now >.<

I know where the Dragon Labor, GranitSmasher, Bowman, StoneTooth and Opal spawn. Can you give me some Direction like "North of Opal" or like "in the northwest part of the map".... Or if its near a NPC thats always up.

It's in the room opposite Filigno the Slayer's....northwest part of the zone.
It's a dragorn model. Hard to explain, but if you know whereabouts the Noc Slavedriver and Bowlord Rorn spawn, it's in that lil castle area. There is a room with a few Dragorn Vanquishers in it, and Tyian is a dragorn model that spawns in that room.
What is location of this mob or its PH?
