I found him at 404.86 , -1136.50. Just past the last windmill on the way to the minotaur tunnel/caves. If you hug the right wall while running towards the caves he should be standing to the left of the first tree past the windmills (not including the tree directly behind the last windmill). Hope this helps

Omg Collecting the ores sux! i been hunting for em for 18 hours in all the 'quick drop places' my friends told me they got theirs in 1 hour or so but this is taking me way too long im killin same mobs they are~ good luck

Any clue as to the respawn on this guy? Guildie did turn in yesterday night and as far as I can tell, he's still not back up. . .
He is the first turn in mob for the necro Epic 2.0. He spawns near the windmills in Steamfont. He seems to not be up all the time. LoC 172, -1379.
I was given a Note to Biddliss by Kazen Fecae.
When you give him the note he asks you to get him a bag of 4 Gleaming Zraxthril Ore (took me about 2 hours to get them from the Torgiran Mines off of A Crazed Miner, A Delirious Miner, and A Broken Skull Bloodguard )
When you turn in the bag to him you will received back Biddliss's Research Tools.
Return these to Kazen Fecae.
NOTE!!! When you turn in the bag to him he will depop. Don't know how long the repop time is...just FYI
