Dropped a Muramite Rune-not a Greater

Spawn location was on the north side of the wall near center of the zone. We killed him twice and each time he dropped the helm.
Could i Get a Location and Spawn time on this mob please?

Killed this mob on 24/09/04 on the Venril Sathir server and he dropped the following things: Wallwalker's Helm, Minor Muramite Rune and a Black Sapphire.
He was easily taken down with one group, all lvl 65 but me (level 60). Tank had pretty decent gear (mix between EP and other (non-time) gear and the cleric had no problem keeping the warrior on his feet.

Does indeed drop Wallwalker's Helm, got one to drop earlier this morning (09/24/04).

Dropped Wallwalker's Helm and Lesser Murmite Rune.
Seen several mobs drop different level runes from minor to regular, not seen a greater yet.
