sat rogue at the hermit with sneak on and hotkeyed the phrase to spawn jale, killed him over 100 times and aside from alot of intricate defiant global drops, nothing quest related dropped.
Take your Druid to the Hermit in SK and tell the hermit: I want to join the unkempt druids. Then go outside the Hermit compound (lol) and this guy will come running up to you in a few minutes.
So far I have only been able to spawn Jale by having my Druid talk to the Hermit. I need to try having a ranger talk to him as well. I think though, that only Druids with good fction standing with the Unkempt Druids will be able to spawn him.

just took my 66 human druid to check this out....the hermit coned warmly to me but when hailed threatened to sick his pets on me. I told him "I want to join the unkempt druids" and he told me to wait outside for master Jale Phlintoes. I hit track and sure enough he had spawned somewhere east of the door to the wall around the hermit hut and though he was traveling fast it took him a minute to get there. he arrived stopped turned and walked over to a few steps. I hailed him and got no response. I went to con him and a training window popped up just like at any other npc guild master. he despawns after a minute or two so its not really enough time to browse your skills and make selections.
