Do not know if it is a room AE or one that went off at certain percent. But we got hit with AE on both tqiv's hits for about 2k and makes you all drunk if the AE in the zone was not bad enough.
The AE effect is triggered twice; Once at about 60%, and the other at 30%. Max Alcohol Tolerance will help here. Piedmont has 154 AT, and he only stayed drunk for about 4 minutes after the fight.

Kelekdrix's Sandstone of Fortitude does *NOT* drop in Uqua, it drops in Inktu`ta off of, surprisingly enough, a mob named Kelekdrix.

Or you can just camp time for a month and go through ikkinz trials and easily be ready for this zone...
Since Time is on a 6.5 day respawn timer, farming Time isnt really an option. We clear it in a day. Theres hardly enough loot to fully equip a guild in a month. To beat Uqua takes patience, specially if you dont have any infos on how the zone works, with the traps. Just gear isnt enough, just skill wont do it either.

Also this and the other qvic have to be killed at exact same time so you split your raid in half to kill them. So not only are you killing mob 12 levels higher then you. Doing 2 at once with about 27 on each.
