These guys are a handful to solo. I'm a lvl 65 druid with elemental gear. I killed the pet right off the bat to get it out of the way, but the hard part is the actual mob. He has what seems to be an insta-cast mez called "Lull of the Aneuk II". Even with about 300MR, I could only resist some of the time. And once you get them down to about 40% health, they like to mez you, and heal themselves. Another part of the mez, is that they memblur themselves once it lands, and regen hp on top of healing themselves. So after a few tries I killed it, but experience is not worth it, I would say kill it only if you are clearing, other than that... not worth the trouble.
