is this mob a random spawn or does it have phers or triggered ?
Any cragbeast/hynid trash can be the ph for this named. You can usually get this thing to pop after 2 or 3 hours of clearing the animals around the north temple. His loots aren't really worth the trouble for the amount of time you need to invest to get him to appear.

Dropped a Reconstructive Necklace of Contempt for me today along with Taelosian Geomancy Stone Yiktu and Taelosian Geomancy Stone Eril

Did this with my 80 zerk/65 cleric, hits fairly fast and accurately. Top hit was 1331 on 2.2k chain with low avoidance and about 13 shielding.
Very very low HP, was almost running after an 18 second disc (Ripo, only hit twice after faded) Dropped +20 ATK aug and no spell.
Spawned in the aisle to the temple, PH is any cragbeast.
