Im at 70 ranger, had 11khp and 1828ac, had hast from haste pot X, and was full buffed other than that, and had a 59 or so DS. I hit with bow and pulled to the blue domw, which i had cleared earlier, it was on the side near the slaves. He Cheals maybe 3-5 times, then is straight melee, hit me for 400+, but didnt hit very much until after he didnt cast cheal anymore. When he was at about 30% i used my pot for full HP and then finished him. was fun fight, got the helm and key

No he does not summon, but is immune to changes in run and attack speed.

He just dropped one Ornamental Shoulder Dressing. No stats, appears to be a junk item. 2.0 weight, not magic, not lore.

this guy was prty ez. dropped this mob today. i am a lvl 70 beastlord not even ep geared. THIS DUDE IS GIMP!he dropped the ring / a lvl 56 spell / the key / and something else forget name but it was just loot trash

he is roaming where archers roams, so my guess is that every archer is ph for this named
I was camping the fleshhound's near zone in from Natimbi and this guy spawned as one of the wanderers that goes to zoneline and back out and I'm not sure if thats his normal spawn or if he spawns anywhere but I killed that wanderer maybe about 15-20 times before this named spawned. I tried to Solo but he cant be slowed and was too hard - so make sure you have atleast a healer - I did it with 2 beasts and a cleric and killed him pretty easily with just healing one beast. He dropped a key for a quest - a tome of leg slice and a Stone Shard of Fortitude +25 HP Augment which I won - Good Luck
mob class is cleric, unslowable, hit for 79-475, had about 30-35k hp, proc'd a snare
edit:: dropped a 55th level berserker's tomb as well for a summoned axe... not sure what that one is tho.

I only tried one go at this guy(unbuffed), but i got it to around 20% by throwing on charmed pets(only took 3), before i got snared and killed.
I went back with cleric/mage and i, and owned him with no problem at all, dropped hat. The PHer is one of the two mobs which wander near Natimbi zone. It IS unslowable.
For any bards looking to solo this, a charmed noc takes 15-30% of its hp, and snare lands fairly easy with 330+ MR. Some way to heal fast while pet is on it(SSBP+lute), and be ready to DD/fade when needed.

I Soloed this guy the other day, dropped the key for BiC quest that I needed. Hardest part was getting him solo.

Me (65 mage) and another 65 mage on prexus killed him last night. It was a reasonable hard fight since he does hit for 1250 and casts or procs some kind of snare. i believe between the 2 of us we used 5 or 6 pets (all lvl 65 earth pet) and both of our pet swarms. He dropped a VERY nice melee earing, unfortunately i lost the screenshoot so i don't remember the name (i gave way for other mage's monk). well it was somthing close to this 5ish ac 10 str 10 sta 5 int 5 wis 65 hp 55 mana 10ish to 2 saves (forget which) attack 10 regen 1 weight 1.7(thought that was funny for an earring) class all melee all races. sorry i don't have the screen shot /sigh

What's not mentionned is that apparantly if anyone dies, he spawns 1 or 2 crawlers. We tried him tonite and got wiped, and had about 5 crawlers on us while fighting (Lt blue to L63)

Ranger tanked him today. Can't be slowed. Spam healed with shammy and cleric.

Took him down yesterday with 65 Shammy/Monk/Cleric, was a long & nasty fight but we got him. Cleric was OOM & I was 20m when he dropped. Monk had just over 6k hps, w/o LR5 he would've been toast. Only dropped that key and a Berzerker tome of some sort, will post it later.

It was me (65 pally), (65 druid), (63 chanter), and a friend (65 time geared shm)
My pally has about 7800 hp and 1490ish ac. LR5 and decent gear. His dot was nasty. His max hit was 500 (which was not bad) But what made him nasy was that 1. he was unslowable 2. DOES NOT MISS OFTEN. Out of 20 swings he hit 18 and out of those 18 max hit 15 (roughly) I have never had this much trouble with a mob hitting me that many times in a row. My Lightning reflexes was renderd worthless. He resisted everything my chanter threw at him, even after tash. My druid was too busy patch healing while shammy helped heal and kept the GoD quintessence on me. My dps was kinda low but first attempt got him to 16%, second attempt 12%. Finaly a friend came with his time geared ranger and chanter and with the help of my shammy friend droped him. Was a very rude awakening on how ineffective I am as a tank in GoD zones. I have very little difficulties tanking Bot names and other even cons. This blue con kicked my rear all over the place.

I spent an hour or two trying to solo this guy. He has 2 effects: Aneuk Lull and Aneuk Grasp. The lull completely mezzes you; if you're solo, it's like a complete aggro wipe but you stand still for ~30 seconds. The grasp is a nasty snare. According to lucy, it has a neg 150 resist adjustment, and that hurts. I had 331 MR with some shaman buffs and my Psalm of Veeshan going and it still landed twice. Definately need to have cancel magic up in addition to an instant-click buff item.
After 3 tries (the third time he was at 28%, OOM and managed to land a snare to kill me) I partnered with a shaman and we STILL had trouble. Cleric mob + snare is NOT cool. Hard to kill and has good chance of snaring you to kick your ass. When all was said and done, all he dropped was a freakin key (IDed as "10th Manacle Key") and some Taelosian wheat (junk).

He's immune to slow (dead shaman hehe) was fairly nasty fight, although I was the only one who died, the mage almost got it after he dumped a lot of mana doing 30k+ damage to him. He was healing himself. He was walking down the corrider in the housing area so we think his PH is one of the wandering archer guys.
