There are so many interesting things to learn about these strange beings that inhabit Taelosia. Their armor in particular is most interesting. I have developed some intriguing compounds. Let me know if you are interested in such things before I just prattle on!'

While it is a bit strangely shaped, as these creatures that seem to reside here are, I have found that by strengthening some native materials it can be reworked into rather fine armor for the likes of you and me.'

Sony in its brillant logic made all these armor NPC's not on the Find list.
If you use the Find button and look for Tinkering Supplies - Skelontorim Orrthemech,
Nalasrine Twinklecoil is the Next Room to the East. she is the middle of the room next to 3 chests

Okay i gather oone needs the sovlent of your class type; chain in my case and what? The "chain" to be strengthened is what type? Or is it when I have miraculously gained access to the uber sones tht drop muramite armor that i just buy a solvent and give that to my quest armor npc?

After SOE thinks theyve sucked enough plat out of the system, do ya think the price will eventualy come down?
Once again its the Honest guy that gets the screws turned on him in sony's attempt to get rid of the duped plat.
When they make stuff as nice as this, and make the means to get it soooo costly all they do is encourage people to buy plat off the ones doing the Duping.

Honestly 10,500 plus the meldstone, etc is not too much. By the time you get access to QVIC you should have a nice little sum of PP stored up as you dont need to buy anything unless your working on skills.
Not trying to flame you and I know 10500 plus meldstones if you have to buy them is decent coin its not going to take you long to get the money...

Hehehe... ya. I ran all over the place looking for her (not all Abysmal Sea NPC's appear on track or Find) and then realized she was right next door to the armor quest givers.
The various "solvents" (think that was the name) were ~11kp each - so bring your coppers if you want to buy one from her.
