As soon as you zone in using the Magus head north, go into the room east at the foot of the stairs, then go into the back room and he is standing right there.
Well, I had heard that the EXP was nice with this quest. Leave it to Sony to ruin yet another nice quest. Not only did they hose the sellback value of fish ya catch in AS, and not only did they nerf the potions but they had to go and nerf most of the exp gaining quests. I guess if you are a level 15 you MIGHT get some exp from this, IF you got lucky enough to catch the key to begin with but ya gotta be pretty dern high to even get the key. WAY TO GO Sony!

Just got the key off the dock in AS, it is no drop, but its not Lore. So you would have to collect all the keys you can get and do turn in as you need them.

The key is not Lore, the potion that it results in is. (not to mention No Drop)

Kutin's Key has just been nerfed. You still get a potion that has Illusion Troll but it is now both Lore and NoDrop. So it can no longer be sold nor combined as you can't have more than one at a time, even if you have more than one key.
Well...... it was nice while it lasted.
The fact that the item has been nerfed but it still does the same thing makes me think there might be a reason why Kutin gives out an Illusion troll potion. Maybe its part of another quest we haven't come across yet?

If you find a key marked "Kutin's Key" while fishing from the Queen of Thorns then hand it to this dwarf. He will then thank you and give you a tiny amount of XP and potion of Essence of Troll (Illusion:Troll).
He is located in a room behind where Morden Rasp stays on the Queen of Thorns.

Just for giggles, I put 5 potions in my bearskin potion bag and was amazed to find that I now had a 5 dose potion of Essence of Troll. After getting all excited at finding something I thought was new, I found that there is a recipe for that potion. Was fun for a bit tho.
