He is now at the South Ro LDON Camp
2 Boxing Master Monk Raspiz and his little froggy friend Hoarze on Tunare
Anyone know where this guy is placed now that the new South Ro zone is live? I can't find him and I've tracked all over the southern part of South Ro.
Did they move him to the Oasis part of the zone? Or even to North Ro?
Update:
He was apparently left behind in the revamp (info from Gordish himself) and will be back in South Ro when the next update to the zone goes live. :)

Millennium hand and shrimp!
You don't have to go hunt up this NPC every couple of wins, you can just do it on your 20th win to get your stone upgraded.
The deal is:
- you get new information every 2 wins.
- every 10th win, (every 5th time you get new info), you get a stone upgrade and the NPC to talk to changes.
So on your 10th win you get a stone upgrade by talking to the camp leader. If you talk to him/her again on your 12th win, you get directed to a new NPC but you may as well wait till your 20th win, go to the new NPC and talk to them 5 times, thus saving 4 trips.

after 16 wins he told me he has been learning the Geomantic Arts
oh yea, it said "you have received an invaluable piece of information" when I got that text above
After 14 adventures complete, I hailed him and he said:
I'm certain that Ruanya sent you to me. That must mean you want to learn more about Takish-Hiz and the elves. I do have an interesting tale about that. Some call it folklore, but I say it is true. The story was passed amongst the wood elves for centuries. Give me some time to organize and we will talk, friend.
Couldnt get past that text though:(

After being directed to speak to him by Ruanya Windleaf, this is what the NPC said after 12 Takish Wins.
Farwein Windrun says 'Have you been to the ruins of Takish-Hiz? What a sad place. It really tears at my heart. I remember when I was a young elf, my mother told me stories. I've learned much about the sand elves since then, but I'm afraid I can't tell you any more. I have a strict policy of only sharing my knowledge with those that help the Wayfarers Brotherhood.
