I would confirm that but from what I saw, it only hit once and everyone resisted it. Was hitting 440 CR with bard song.

Aye, I dont know what crack your smoking but where I come from even Rangers are split tanks in phase one trials. This particular Trial is debatable as Second/Third easiest of phase one trials.
