This mob is 66 - 67, cons yellow at 65.
This fights pretty interesting , After you get dont with the initial wave's he despawns and respawns quickly and rushs you, He's got about a 53 dmg DS hits for 1013, and has an AE called Black Wind, Very easy to resist, Pops Unmezzable Adds in 2's that quad for 1000.
