These are actually named "A Vengeful Airspirit", and are indeed DCable.

Trying to convince my necro friend he needs to get DC, just need to know if these are undead (since I know they make wonderful DC enchanter pets)

These are the little mobs that can spawn when you kill the "Castellan of Air" mobs. Can spawn in a number anywhere from 1-4 when the Castellans die. Very similar to the mini 'dillos that spawn when you kill the regular 'dillos.
