In tower first level, right hand side as you come down ramp, before portals up to floating sphere.

Now that the tunnel is gone, where do you find this lady?
I killed this girl easily with a 40 ranger non-buffed...... I was on Druzzil Ro, but the second time i tried she wooped me up, might have been a glitch!

Not sure if the level is a range upon spawn or not... she is white to my level 65 on my server.
