If this mob isnt permarooted simply pull it out of this chamber where he's spawning and the room can cast as much PB AE's as it wants... lol. Assuming there is some other room where he can be pulled to... hehe.
Not proved tho if this would work. Just my own thoughts on a strategy killing Captain Jrank.
