How often does he spawn? Does he have a PH? If so, who/what is the PH? :)

how would you get to veksar?? what are the conectting zones?? has anyone got a decent map would appreciate any help

Best thing to do is download the maps for LOIO and Veskar from http://www.mapfiend.net/ Veskar is in the middle of LOIO at the bottom. You will need to get enduring breath or something to get in if you haven't been there before.
Was lucky enough to be escorted there last night by five new friends with much more power than I possess. Had a ton of fun. First time being summoned, that was interesting. They suggested putting up magic resist to fend of charms.
Killed Brother Eruk last night, dropped the rotting claw which our bard happily took.
Make sure you have a healer (all I did was cast CHs for the group all night).
Thanks to Paveo and Darchangel for showing me the way and rezzing me when I got whooped on.

Spawns in a room of 4 in the grandmasters building.
Jump out of the window of store clerk area take a left down middle channel (invis past wandering hand) stay left (itu past the wandering revenant) and go to the back wall and in the last door on the left and you are in the correct spot.
