Along with the earring of madness, Deo dropped a diamond just now.
casted on me didn't catch name of spell in my icon window but said tendrils of madness creep into your mind and i was three boxin. this spell she cast on me also made me look different to my other two toons. i am a iksar monk and to my cleric i looked like a high elf and to my shammy i looked like a grim reaper

This guy spawns frequently in the zone in from DSP, and I can tell you he's piece of cake as the other nameds for a good group of 54-57.

I was in Grieg's last night with a killer pick up group. I was the highest level at 59, and we met up with this guy.
He was an even /con, dropped the mantle and a key and about 5pp in coin.

This mob will look different to everyone. We killed it and it looked like a serpent to me, and other things to my groupmates. Such as a female DE, a female barb, a bear, a rockhopper, a baboon...etc
Lol he has looked like a little sun revenant to me on most occasions, sometimes like servant of the magistrate, and regularly turns the tank into an ogre female in my screen, and sometimes a mushroom. This mob is like all GE minis, a piece of cake for a grp of 60+, an easy solo for a 65.
Deoreo seems to also be the most common of the mini Named in zone, and can also drop the Gauntlets of Dementia.

Lol I see the picture of Deoreo looks like an owlbear. Durring a guild raid we took her down to be she looked like a big luclin type beetle and to my sister a barbarian woman, and yet to another guildy a shade. Seems she looks different.
