Ok i am currently nearing the end of my 1.5 and Armor caedus is /loc +93.05, +486.33, +64.38 On your map He is located Near the smithing merchants on the right side of the zone when you zone in from Dawnshroud Peaks-If your standing in the tunnel to DSP looking toward out into the zone- he is SOUTH WEST direction, hope this helps

I used a human potion as i am a dark elf and was able to run around this zone and buy the mold no prob.
