These are the steps involved with spawning the Vine Ring:
Step 1: Kill all "A Tainted Rock Beast".
Step 2: Kill all "A Bloodthirsty Vegerog".
Step 3: Kill Derugoak Bloodwalker. "A Manged Vegerog" x2 spawn at approximately 30% to assist Derugoak.
Stats:
-Total Hitpoints: 547,781 in 208 seconds(3 minutes, 28seconds)
-Max Hit: 1491 (4208ac, CS28, 28% Shielding)
Derugoak uses Enrage, Flurry and Wild Rampage (Full damage).
Location:
-829, +485, +34 - The South West platform.

Any other info on this guy? How many hitpoints? Is he spawned or just a random pop? Flurry? Rampage? Enrage? How many adds does he spawn? Anything at all would be helpful

spawned at the end of the vine ring. its long and boring. he's not worth the effort for some crappy bracers ;) rampages, enrages, summons an annoyingly large amount of adds to help him out if you don't kill him quick. like i said. way too much effort for bracers.

It may not seem like this is worth the effort but if you want to get to PoEb (and eventually PoTime) then you have to kill this guy as well as the other three rings. Once you kill all the rings the Mystical Arbitor spawns and then when you kill him you get keyed for PoEb.

wrong. you just have to do 4 rings to get the arbitor to spawn. they can be done at anytime, and every 4th ring, he will pop. you can do 1 ring 4 times and the arbitor will pop. as stated already, this guy is NOT worth it.
So you're saying you could do say... Mud ring an extra time and get no loot or this ring and get a couple crappy bracers... let's see, it's probably worth the extra 20 minutes just so you get something out of it.
