i have been KOS in freeport i was woundering if there was anyway to help me get rid of it

This guy is a true guard undercon. Casters will be unable to beat him because most forms of spells bounce right off of him. After popping him with my unresistable resist debuff, he proceeded to resist poison/desease/magic based spell I had until I zoned to save my ass. He wasn't outright immune to slow, but may as well have been. He had uber guard-haste and hit for about 80-150 x 4 / tick

He is blue to 65. He hits fast and hard. He is on the Freeport Militia faction and WILL attack.
I soloed him with only Virtue as an outside buff.
I self hasted, ring 9 DS, have ID / LR 5, 1369 AC, 7012 HP, MC 2, Solstice Earring for FT 1, Shawl 8 for FT 3, Jaylia's Valiant Boots for FT 3, and had Aura of the Crusader to help with more mana regen.
I had no form of Clarity.
He can not be stunned, nor would my Narandi's Lance proc of Boil Blood land on him. I just switched back to my Lance of Thunder and concentrated on Supernal Cleansing myself.
I had to use my Hand of Piety 3, and Improved LH.
He landed some hits up to 175 or so. Most on me from my skills landed for 50 - 120.
I used Holyforge to land crippling blows on him. I got one in for about 768.
It was a long fight. It seemed to go on forever. It must have been at least 5 minutes.
