Just for dwarf newbies, like myself, to remember, if you take the mail quest in Kalidim, this is the dude you bring the letter to.
You mean, Noobs like me? DON'T listen to Jakum when he says something about talking to Idia. Or, in any case, don't just give her the envelope. I'm assuming you don't even have to hail Jakum or anything; just give him the letter. I gave it to Idia, and wasted a trip to Kelethin . . .

When he says speak to Idia he means speak to Idia about the next step in your quest. She gives you a new quest to take bags to freeport
