i have a problem with the game sometimes-- i think i am typing in the window when actually i am just punching letters. with a lot of the commands keyed this proved to be a huge problem. the keys opened several windows, and then while trying to close them i noticed she was punching me. when i looked at the main window after getting leadership and several other windows closed, i saw that i had inadvertently kicked her. now she hates me so i have to go do faction work in mayong.
because of this i learned-- make a macro spamming the words you need to say and hit it instead of trying to type

she's in the bard's guild, up in the trees. Just do a search for one of the Bard Guildmasters and you find her in the room with them.

She's not a merchant, she's part of the Bard mail run from Freeport. Remember, letters go to Webdancer; pouches go to Ilia.
