With self buffs by the way, nothing like good old center. And I don't beleve that this mob's lvl was 45-46, or I'dve been owned, so it has to be more along the lines of the previous post, mid thirties and up

For me he was: as said below; PH is Guard on right w/ Lava at your back. 361 Harm Touch. Conned Dark Blue at 44 and at 45. Dropped choker first time, ring second.

He is indeed at the Nadox zoneline in the Gunthak tunnels. He is one of the few Gunthak mobs that sees through invis.

This guy conned yellow to my 44 wizard last night. Resisted snare, harmtouched for about 400, resisted a few roots. I zoned after he tried to fear me (resisted it).
He does pop in the tunnels. His PH was the stationary guard on the right if you've just zoned out of nadox. He may spawn elsewhere too, but that's where I saw him.

There are in fact TWO zone lines to nadox in gunthak. By the picture it appears this is the one in the middle of the tunnel.
I fought him last night on my way to Nadox and yes, he is at the middle entrance (which leads to the lava) or at least thats where we found him. He dropped the ring.

He pops at zone line to Nadox. The placeholders are the guards. It is very obvious.

killed him twice today dropped the choker first time dropped a ring the second time stats are something like ac5 strength and stamina plus 5 hitpoints and mana plus 25

Killed the troll guards at the zone to Nadox about six times before he popped. Dropped the choker on the first kill. Was I lucky?
It's not much use to me at this level but makes a good twink item.

Camped this spot for 5 spawns, re-pop is about 20 minutes. Guard Dragrik popped on third AND forth spawn, dropped choker both times, so assuming this is his common. Very light blue to 53 Shammy, HT's and tries to cast fear. Popped both times in spot of left hand guard, not enough reps to ensure the other is not also a PH.
