Inlokher makes occasional appearances following the death of A Castellan of Air. He comes with a pesky shadowstep ability which can prove detrimental if you have not cleared the zone-in.

He does not spawn after every Castellan of Air dies. 66 SK tanked with about 1500ac and CA3/CS3, he hit 1200; naked, he hit me for 1390 a few times. He's a mild rampager. Not sure on his HP or proc's, PoA is incredibly spikey and our group of 4 died quickly with him and 3 Vengeful Airspirits beating on us. He despawns with the Airspirits after several minutes of inactivity.

does this guy always spawn after a castellan of air was killed or do you have to kill more sometimes to spawn him. do little guys pop from him after he dies too? Is he groupable who do you need to kill him easy. Nice range item jsut wondering if he is groupable, but how and plase answer questions.

yellow con to me at 65. spawns after a castellan of air was killed. same drop

This guy drops a Glyphed Rune as well as a nice range item. I forget the range items name but its "Symbol..."something and it has ultravision on it as well as some other stats.
