If this is the guy I think, he's a pally - negative hits where NFP pallys, guards qeynos, pallys qeynos, pos hits where FP militia and corrupt qeynos. He's on about a 6 minute spawn cycle inside the areana.
Skunks have feelings too.
Actually, I'm pretty positive he's on Steel Warrior faction (my iksar monk is kindly to Knights of Truth, dubious to Priests of Marr, and amiable to Steel Warrior).

this guy is more around 43 or so b/c i'm 45 and i solo him near arena (dark blue con) GL on camping him, he's an easy kill but seems to be over populated
