Thanks to the Spell Awareness group ability, I saw one of these cast Gallenite's Greater Impatience. And we're stuck with Blessing of Reverence... :P

Conning one blue at 62 right now.
These seem to be cleric mobs. They will heal themselves and nuke you for high damage. They will also gate if not pushed well or stunned.
The nice thing is they spend quite a bit of time trying to cast so even though they can hit quite hard and fast, their overall dps (given interrupts and resists) is quite a bit less than the pure melee giants.
