couple things, first off he is charmable with CoD you can make him follow you but not attack, he cannot hit other npc's and they cannot hit him
secondly he can be dotted and nuked and will not aggro, but chain casts wizard manna sink type rune spells
lastly im sure hes involved in a quest or two, theres an evil eye that talks about him and his seceret agenda
