Dropped one of these today. 2nd ornate I've seen off these guys after killing only 4 or 5 of them. Maybe I just got lucky.

Are these fellas snareable?

Has an AoE attack debuff named Grip of Mortal Reality. A single cast of RC removes the debuff since its only 9 counters. Very slowable and dont seem to split.
Theres a great area to pull these down in the basement of the north temple.

For how hard these guys are and how hard the pulls are, its a total waste of time to even kill em. After we finally figured out the strat to kill em, we had NO LOOT drop on 7 kills. I'm guessing that the rarity is the same as Left/right/middle bases. Best to farm that stuff in BoT or Drunder rather than waste time farming those dudes.

Ok, the Recuso are outcasts from Sanctus Seru. All of the people in SS worship Mith Marr. So if they are outcasts from a Marr-worshipping city, why are they in the Halls of Honor?

Was a quartet, with one person three boxing. Me (63 bard) a 65 paladin 64 druid 60ish shaman. We got it to 40%...that is a nasty attack power drain. Slow wore off and the paladin died.

lol, it was late ;) but my atk was down in the 600's from a normal ~1100 atk, and ac was down to around 800 from normal ~1200 was causeing a lot of "47" damage hits, i would venture to say that prolly 75% of the damage we did came from dots, lol. he isnt particualrly resistant when debuffed. as per any mobs there, ocassionally you get a "borg minded" mob, and goes on a resistant spree.
For the Record, it was a
65 pal (me)
64 dru (had youngling pet with pet buff <shudder> )
63 shammy (had True Spirit up)
and
63 Bard

He can spawn as a wanderer near entrance or there are a crapload of him in one of the temples. Go straight from entrance, come to the 4 way crosswalk, take a left and that temple at the end has a bunch of these semi-named mobs, all lvl 66-67. Rabid Wurlons, Undead inhabitants and these guys.
Hits around 900, but easily slowable, doesnt mitigate slow. Has 2 dots, one is negative around 200AC and some attack, called grip of mortal reality, other is just a straight negative manna regen, no HP dots on either but will get you OOM and keep you there unless you have superior manna regen.

good huntingwatched 2 rogues, warrior, cleric and chanter do him, took a while but they keeled him np.
The AE is wierd, the rogues had lots of hits for like 1pt of damage, (lvl 65 rogues)

noticed the low hits myself, unless it was bugged at the time, or its a cumulative effect, i was down over 600atk and about 200 ac. With a 45dam 40del 2hp weapon, I (65 pal) was hitting for 47 most of the time, rarely I would land a 60 point or 90 some point hit. crits being ~120.

good huntingquads for 950, has an AE that lowers your atk/ac by 100 and quite a few hps.... although with a good tank and a decent sized raid party this guy would be cake. We were 9 people going up against him with a SK tanking, let's just say we made our way to the zoneline rather quickly.
