This rogue guildmaster will take armor from Plane of Fear and Plane of Hate for some experiance and sometimes a gem. LOC is POS 260 NEG 180 second floor (NEG 110 Z) in the building marked 20 on the EQ Atlas web site.
I did see other Assassin GMs wandering around so not sure if they all wander at times or not.
