Spawns following the death of Raex Pwodill.
Upon his death, Tarkil Adan spawns. Hail him for the Bertoxxulous flag.

What is his spawn time?
Is this the same Ultor that all the cleric elemental gear is named after? Maybe its a common name among high priests like John or Mike or something.

this is the same guy as the cleric elemental gear. Ultor is THE High Priest of Bertoxxuluus, responsible for those 12 annoying bosses that you must fight before you engage the God of Disease and Decay.

ya, they picked really odd NPCs to name after, and alot in the disease chain, those 2 you named + theres tha phatty NPC ogre that roams PoDisease, SK Armor after him as well.

he gave out 39 flags for me dont know if its random tho. and you have to kill like 4 or 5 other named guys to get him to pop
dont remember what he dropped, but it was nothing special. Limited number of flags you can get by hailing the little guy that spawns outta ultor. Despawns immediately after the number is up. Seemed like 30 or 35. Either way plan on doing this guy again for bertoxx.

We have done this event twice now, and it was precisely 36 flags each time.
Therefore, two kills of Ultor would give you a full raid of 72 flagged members.
