Looking for combat info on these, how hard they hit, how often, how resistant to spells, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm wondering why these mobs can't be charmed because I'm getting the message that they're too high but info shows they're only 61-62. I've successfully charmed the Tortured Souls in Drunder even though they range from 62-63 based on the info here.

You can't mind control something that doesn't have a brain. Look, they are constructs.
Dropped a Valorian Insignia yesterday. Not a shield, just looks like one :P

Can be snared/rooted.
Can be mezzed.
They may be able to be stunned(with an appropriate level stun) but am unsure.
Slowable.
Haven't tried to charm them yet as nearby mobs are much stronger.
They don't summon.
They have no PHs
They drop pieces of armor, orbs of marr, Spectral/Ethereal parchments and the defender's lightblade.
Never seen them drop a sheild or the longblade of vitality and in that time have seen em drop 5 or so spectrals, 10 or so ethereals and like 10 lightblades.

They are stunnable with Cleric level 66 spell Shock of Wonder. Experience is good not great. Should be better for me at level 67 when I get next undead DoT.

These are snare-able and root-able. The valiant spirits are the ones that summon and occasionally no snare. They drop that neat little shield, defenders lightblade, and the longblade of vitatlity.
Just a FYI
