She's lower than level 45. But I could not solo her as a lvl 45 druid.
I managed to pull her right out from under the Fabled Allizewsaur with a snare a short while ago, Allizewsaur won't aggro whether or not it fails. She's a necromancer for sure, and she loves casting Boil Blood -- which usually hits for 67 dmg -- and Screaming Terror. When I saw her, she was bald and had no pet up. She's not too resistant to spells, and her hp isn't fantastic by any means.
Also, the quest's final reward is the Circlet of the Pine -- the Shadowjade Circlet is included in the quest, but not the final result. The Circlet of the Pine is marginally decent in comparison, but it really isn't worth anyone's time anymore with the new expansions anyway.

My Keepers of the Art faction was ruined and I've been trying to find mob hits that will get it back up quickly. I've tried Gix in W.Commons and Cytodl in Highpass, but after about three days of solid camping I have yet to slip out of KOS!!! So I thought perhaps if I tried a higher lvl mob I'd get better faction increases. For a lvl 51 mage with no cleric buffs, Nyunae wasn't difficult to take down with perhaps 3 or 4 nukes, although my pet lost about half of his health. She's on an 18 minute respawn timer.
Since I had some trouble finding her, I'm posting her /loc for others' convenience: -3555, -1178, on the island in the middle and southern portion of the zone. Watch out for Allizewsar who wanders right to Nyunae's spawn spot.

Capee (a troll in Neriak Foreign quarter) is lvl 50ish ...might wanna try him to fix your faction.

If it's a part of any Jaggedpine armor quest that I know of, then it's crap. Good for mid level maybe, but mostly junk.

Sorry i don't know what the blackened mithril is for but i got a pair of blackened mithril boots off a Kobold Guardian in Sol B with the same stats, also no drop.
She conned dark blue to me at level 55. My 650ish point nuke only reduced her hit points by 10-15%.

usually on this necro if your a bard , and need it u can wait and the dino on the island will kill her but catch him right before he kills her and charm him and u will get the xp and the loot hope this helps someone,

I killed her a few times drops a blackened mithril amulet, 10 mana 5 save vs cold no drop, no clue what it's for. Also she cons DB to a 56 druid and 57 bard. Any help on if it is a quest would be appreciated

The Blackened Mithril Chain she drops is Class: DRU, Race: HUM ELF HEF HFL. So it looks like something for a druid quest. Jaggedpine? Planes of Power?

You are correct. The quest starts in Jaggedpine Forest. The reward is a Shadowjade Circlet.I believe it's an ongoing quest.
