I just spent 3 hours waiting for her today and 2.5 hours yesterday. Nada, zip, zilch. On the plus side, I managed to bring my divination and evocation up 40 - 50 points each and earned 6 gold.

well after hearing that she was back i took a trip down there (been playing adifferent char of mine now to get her epic first =).. and oogylin was there.. i went w0000000000000000000000000000000000000t and she didnt move...
petitioned again but im getting tired of this quest now so going to concentrate on my bstie now =) been waiting for months to get this sorted.. customer service are as useless as ever! funny thing is now i have been waiting for perfect acrylia ore to drop from the grey now for 3 days and hasnt /sigh

been waiting for over an hr for her to run to the spot.

Ran by island, and to my suprise she was there. She took me to the spot after running in many different directions first. The spirit showed up within minutes, i didnt even see other npc's first and he gave me gem. THERE IS HOPE, and one day in the near future hope to finish all the tests.

I checked this mob every night before i went to sleep and every day when i logged in and notta. It finally pops after the patch a couple days ago, of course I think its finally fixed but *drum roll plz* I turn in my gem and she never wonders off, I went to the location that the other mobs spawn at and sit there and nothing happens. If they can't get it fixed can they just remove this part of the quest for the time being. This is just getting annoying.

FYI...got a response from online support that sony's plan is to fix her in the next patch...i will wait to see, but hopefully true.

Sent in a petition again....this time it came back that ooglyn is fine...it is the zone that is messed up, back to no ETA on repair....also i recommended that they give me the reward...since this is the test of patience and i have been waiting for almost 2 months for this problem to be fixed.
OK, SOE tech support answered my petetion totday and siad there is no problem with this spawn. .... I of corse am like WTF?? I have camped here for 2 hours so far tongiht and about 3 hours yesterday and no sign of her. Anybody else having luck?

Did you read the post for the last few months? Some of us have camped her for weeks. The response to your petition was resolved because they know of the problem just have no ETA on fixing it. So take and number and wait in line like the rest of us, hoping to find her one day in the near future.

As of 11-20-06, she is still no where to be found. Has anyone heard if this has bee fixed? My petitions have come back unanswered as well.

i have petitioned god knows how many times now... this "new and improved" petitioning system is total rubbish! i have had no reply.. all i get every now and then is a reply saying "we know about this problem and should be sorted soon!" i did put one of my alts on the island to keep an eye.. everytime i log nothing.. all i get to see is the new spam about the boats.. good to see they can bring boats back to a zone that has on average one person visit every now and then... but they cant sort out the mob that is for an epic! wtg!!

well same here... someone on tribunal told me they got a reply to say that this has been resolved.. that was one week ago and still nothing.. getting rediculous now. i have a parked n00b of mine there so i can check from time to time

having the same problem with this NPC...petitioned...answer: "The problem is known and our tech team is working on it. Sorry for any inconvienience this has caused you."....they also say they have no ETA on a fix for this mob...how the heck can you put out new exspansions with new mobs spwaning and you can't fix one little Kunark era spawn in a classic EQ zone?...think they are just lazy and don't care

I have camped her now for 5 days, 6-12 hours each and no spawn. I have also petitioned but no response. If anyone sees her please post, im tired of running by the island to check.

Not Spawning - have spoken to a few shaman looking for this NPC. I camped it for 6 hours another 8 hours and another 15 hours in a 2 day period. Send in bug reports for this unless we rattle the cages it will go on the backburner guys.
The 2 petitions and one said it was a known issue .... with no ETA on fix hows that, all these TSS patches and they cant even pop a mob.

Why kill her, if you do then it justs makes a shaman have to wait longer to do his epic quest. She is the trigger that starts the longest and most annoying part of the entire thing. So next time you're there please, just leave her be and allow us shamans to be able to find her when we are at the appropriate level.

She only casts one spell, Drowsy. Easy kill otherwise, just have to have a lot of mana due to her high hit points.
level range is wrong, even to me at 45. I had no resists at that level, pretty easy kite
