i used sence undead to see if there were any mobs i could charm and this guy conned dk blue in target window to my 52 necro, so he's not 55

that scimitar is rare as f***... killed him about 40 times with no drops

Hits : 248 max on 940AC, Doubles
No Kick, No Bash, No Rampage,Flurry,Enrage
Does not Summon. KoS to Everyone.
Spawn Time : ~13 Minutes like the punisher/enforcer, Common Spawn
Uses all kinds of Necro Spells:
Darkness, Envenormed Bold, Screaming Terror, Disspell etc.
He is easy soloed by a 61 Druid with Dire Charm, you can stay in his Jail without clearing the Area in front of it. No need of KEI, works well without it.
2% AA Xp with 100 Percent at lvl 61
6 Kills up to now and not a single Drop :-(

FYI: One of the prisoners on the north side tells you he is haunted by the Dreamthief. You must be kindly faction or better to him to speak to him, and he speaks common. He complains about the terrible pain in his head, how something is trying to burrow into his thoughts, and that the other prisoners speak of a Dreamthief. He then begs for a way to be rid of the thing.
Just an interesting aside. Not sure if there's a quest involved, but who knows? Maybe the Dreamthief drops an item you can show the prisoner to prove you've killed it.

Is this mob pure melee or is it a caster? Can a 50+ group kill it or is it take a 60 group? Does it have any special abilities? Is there a place holder? I would love to know more about this mob. Also, does it summon?
