No idea if she is for any quests but she IS a rogue Guild Master. Any rogue can right click on her and get the skills page you get from any guild master.

immune to charm
ok i tested and even though blue to me i get back that she is too high a level to charm with command of druzzil, thus even though she cons blue she has to be over 64 same goes for the one that spawns stanos.

time enabled guild on seventh had 24 people for the stanos thingy.. i was watching in the sidelines.. they pulled her.. took 40 minutes to kill her.. she has 5.5 Million HP's on EQlog maxx hit is 350. hope this helps.. she isent for any quest.. shes just a guard for stanos kinda

We had 6 level 65 well-aa'ed serious damage dealers who, with 6-8 support, have taken out First Brood dragons, PoS Lords, and even higher end mobs. Just a group of friends who take out targets whole guilds wipe on... After 15 mins, we had her down to 98% health. That's when the tank held aggro, let everyone zone, then she fd'ed to just let this...thing... reset back in her spot. lol
On the plus side, we netted Guise of the Coercer x2, after all was said and done! Stanos gave up 2 heads in a row! :D

Is she part of some quest? or just another target? What does she drop?

This woman has more hp than any mob I have ever seen (including PoP bosses). We were killing Stanos and got her as add, figured we'd kill her first.. she hits for 350's.. but she probably has like 5 million hps, no joke. Took us what felt like forever to kill (15 well equipped took ~ 40 mins). She drops nada.
