Killing orcs in High Hold works well to raise faction.
Same guy who posed infro about faction with HKH merchants and gaurds.

Killing orcs and gnolls doesn't raise Carson McCabe faction. Turning in scalps may do it, I haven't tried that yet though.

All three of the turn-ins used for faction in High Hold raise this faction - Orc Scalps, Gnoll Scalps and Goblin Ears.

Bait Masterson, despawns at 9pm game time, Giz pops at 10pm game time, they are both on a 10min respawn counter if they are killed.

Killing Giz Dinree also raises this faction. She spawns at night in place of the Barbarian Fisherman out on the rocky outcrop by Freeport docks. I believe she is about lvl 15.
