You can also raise this faction by doing the necklace quest from Oracle Jaarl. Give him a Bear Fang Necklace, a Panther Fang Necklace, and a Wolf Fang Necklace. (You get these from Snarla.)

There's a further quest from Jaarl that presumably activates when you say "what favor?", but amiable faction isn't good enough to get it.
