There should be some way to raise your faction with Cazic-Thule.
Even if it were a difficult task or required you crash your faction with others that is of more value.
If anyone knows of a way please post it. If it's not up top then it simply means no-one has submitted it.

kinda of an old post, anyway, Any Iksar with the Diety of Cazic Thule (think all ikkys need to be cazic) will be amiably, but Cazic does help any mob near him so watch out for that.
