Once I was amiable (in illusion) to Brood of Kotiz I did my first 2 skullcaps, then I went to see the Iksar hermit. Telling him "I am a great sorcerer" still gives the faction hits to Brood of Kotiz.
I made a social that said the line 5 times. I then spent some time spamming this key and was surprised to find that Brood of Kotiz maxes at warmly for illusioned me. I suspect all the other factions will be Kindly as Legion of Cabilis is.
Now I just need to bone chip Trooper Mozo in Field of Bone to max out the rest of the Cabilis factions and be safe in all of the city.
BoK faction is going to take forever.

What I did was clear the bandit cave, then run to the little lake just south of the zone in from OT, killed the six mobs there (three on either side.) Then I ran along the river and cleared the ruins on the north shore midway between the lake and the giant fort...there are six mobs here also. Then i would run back to the cave which had respawned at this point. I would get about a hundred an hour this way.
Even though this only raises faction with Legion of Cabilis and Brood of Kotiz (both of which are amiable now) I found that a number of other npcs in Cabilis are dubious or indiff to me. I assume these are on multiple factions which include the ones I raised.

Each turn in of 4 knives is like turning in 30-50 sets of 4 bone chips, or so it seems.
And the knives stack and are a pretty common drop.
Like 6-7 explorers spawn in their little tower plus one lead explorer who is basically the same but has a wide aggro range and is a pally so will LOH himself once and maybe get off a little heal or two before he falls.
As a 57 necro the tower is a joke... no exp, and if the mobs have done 5% damage to me or my pet it was a miracle for them... heh heh
Was scowling with Bodli (sp?) in FoB before, after 7 stacks of knives was dubious to him and max on legion of cabilis faction.
Plan to do another 6 stacks of knives just to be on the safe side.
Been setting up in between one of the three packs of outcast iksars in warsliks woods at night with pet... mobs pop, aggro me, pet takes offense, kills the offending mob, I get faction... kill roughly 300 iksars a night that way while dreams of demi lich skullcap dance in my head lol
Should be ready to do the quest soon... have all the bits thru 8 save one or two... so once the factioning is done will have the cap in short order.
And I know I could just use the illusions but Im old school... I like being able to go there safely on my own with only my own abilities... and I only need to do this once ( well... twice... when my sk gets ready for his Greenmist quest heh heh)

There are 3 camps of Iksar on Forsaken faction in TRak Tooth near seb entrance (starts at -2389 by -3977) and loops around to the NE. The spawn time here is approx 27 mins. I bound myself here, then would clear all 3 camps, I then would Levant myself to the EJ zoneline and zone into EJ, once in EJ I would run to the NW just past the great staircase along the bottom of cliff, there is another Iksar camp, I would kill these and run along North wall just North of the water and there is yet another camp, I would clear this camp then I would simply gate back with approx 9 mins to spare before I got repops in Trak Tooth.

WARMLY to all troppers and warriors guild(can not possibley get any better.
KINDLY to some crusaders inc quarg, Monk Shammy and SK guilds plus 4 vendors 1 in each of these 3 guilds the other is out with the vendors.
AMIABLE to crusader Bodli and a few of his crusader buds.
APPREHENSIVLY to necro guild and all there vendors bonus they sell food water spells and various stuff.
DUBBIUOSLY to bankers (which i can use) and vendors in east Cab which I cant use
I'm now a happy necro with nearly full use of Cab.

If you have information on how to raise this faction quicker then just killing X number of mobs please post if not . Then I'll just spend the next week killing the same dumb mob over and over and over ETC .

I just wanted to warn everyone about the iksar hermit upon zone in from LOIO into West Cab. If you haven't gotten your faction with Brood of Kotiz but, got the rest of Cab factions, this hermit will kill you. He is a necro on the Brood of Kotiz faction.
I found that out the hard way last night! Also, I have been killed by a necro at the bar near the bank at night in East Cab. But, I know that has been posted here before.
If you guys know of any other necros (besides the necro guild), that I should be aware of, please please post them. Thanks!!

All the guards with names Trooper something along with the Warrior NPCs are on Legion of Cabilis faction.
All the guards with names Crusader something EXCEPT Quarg along with all the Shadow Knight NPCs are on Crusaders of Greenmist faction.
Crusader Quarg and all the Shaman NPCs are on Scaled Mystics faction, you can tell Quarg is with the shaman because he is part of one of their quests even though he IS a shadow knight.
Swifttails is the faction of all the Monk NPCs
Brood of Kotiz is the Necromancers in West Cabilis along with a few Iksar NPCs in East Cabilis.
Troopers can be raised by killing Sarnak and Goblins in many Kunark Zones.
Brood of Kotiz can be raised by killing outcast/forsaken/etc iksars in many Kunark Zones.
The rest can only be raised with quests, the best source for this being the bone chips quest in Field of Bone.
Also to note different class/race/religion combos seem to have different starting factions with each of the Cabilis factions in as much as an Agnostic Woodelf Bard will have lower faction with Scaled Mystics than with Crusaders while a Dark Elf Necromancer Cazic wil have lower faction with Crusaders than with Scaled Mystics.
Oh, and if anyone reading don't know already, those ruins, with the zone to Kaesora, that have the wandering skelleton, Targishin, that is now a bind spot, and that doufy looking half elf NPC is just there to inform you of it, as near as I can tell, and also is not kos to the Iksar.
