Who'd want faction with these guys anyway???? The only thing they there for is the bandit toungue quest... u get like 20 tongues and turn them in to sum guy named Diggins or sumthin

Don't know about other races, but if you kill these guys it actually raises your faction with the Dwarven Rogues (Miner's Guild 628). I figure it's something like a turf war.
